About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and detailoriented Controlling Specialist / Junior Financial Controller to join our Controlling team. This role is ideal for someone who already has foundational experience in controlling or financial analysis and wants to further develop their skills in budgeting, reporting and cooperation with business stakeholders.
You will support ongoing financial processes, prepare analyses and help maintain the quality and accuracy of management reporting. This is a great opportunity to learn from experienced controllers and gain exposure to a broad range of business activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support preparation of management reports, financial analyses and KPI overviews
- Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes
- Conduct basic variance analyses and assist in identifying business trends
- Prepare and validate data for regular and adhoc reports
- Cooperate with business teams to support informed decisionmaking
- Work with ERP and BI tools to ensure accuracy and consistency of reporting
- Support process improvement initiatives within the Controlling area
- Deliver adhoc analytical support for the Controlling team and management
Requirements:
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields
- Minimum 2 years of experience in controlling or financial analysis
- Good understanding of budgeting, management reporting, and management accounting
- Very good knowledge of MS Excel (data analysis, pivot tables, formulas
- Ability to communicate in English in everyday business situations
- Experience with ERP systems and BI tools (Power BI, Qlik, Qlik Sense, Power BI) – nice to have
- Independence, accuracy, teamwork skills and a strong problemsolving attitude
- Strong communication and relationshipbuilding skills, including cooperation with business stakeholders
- Proactive approach to change and willingness to initiate improvements
- Ability to work under time pressure and manage priorities effectively
